The initiative aims to move beyond traditional one-size-fits-all training programs toward a personalized and strategic reskilling approach. Together with its global partners, Business Excellence is proposing a comprehensive framework that integrates psychometric, technical, and soft skills assessments to build Individual Learning Pathways (ILPs). These ILPs would ensure that talent is identified, developed, and managed across the full career lifecycle under clear performance measures.

The proposed framework would cover all banking functions and critical roles, from retail and corporate banking to private wealth management, fintech, governance, and risk control.
